I work with men and women on long-term habit change, strength training for healthy weight loss, body recomposition for fat loss and muscle gain, proper nutrition, corrective exercise and mobility for movement optimization, prehab, and post-rehab.

I believe in evidence-based fitness and wellness programs that are tailored to the individual and include concepts that have a strong standing in the industry. I value my current and continuing education and use a multi-faceted approach that involves focusing on habit change and behavioral modification, along with mindset and environmental awareness. It is extremely important to nurture and balance all areas of our health because the mental, emotional, spiritual, environmental, and social “facets” of our health ultimately affect our physical one.

FAQs

What is a consult?

During your free fitness consult, we will discuss where you currently are in regard to fitness, where you'd like to be (your goals), what's perhaps standing in your way, the time it will realistically take for healthy sustainable results, and how I can best help get you those results. This typically lasts for about an hour.

What is an assessment?

A fitness assessment provides me with some initial information on your current fitness level (both cardiovascular & strength), posture, body mechanics, and mobility. This helps me establish an appropriate starting point for training days as well as homework to perform independently. This is typically done during your first session, unless you've previously booked a separate recent assessment.

What's included in your programs?

Personal and online training programs are all-inclusive comprehensive programs which include in-person sessions OR programming for independent workouts, nutrition planning, and habit coaching designed to get you results. Both include access to my training app.

What should I wear to sessions?

Please wear appropriate footwear for weightlifting. You may also be asked to remove your shoes.

Should I train with you in person, online, or both?

Beginners typically see the best overall results starting in person before branching out into more independence with hybrid and online training models. Individuals with some prior gym experience and self-motivation, and those looking to improve specific movement patterns, typically do well with hybrid models. Those who are more experienced and looking for a coach for added guidance, support, and accountability are best suited for online coaching. This is discussed at your consult!
